Our higher dome ovens such as the Lisboa and Venturas ovens are rotisserie capable. In the back of these ovens there is a metal cap insert that the end of the spit rests in. Simply skewer your favorite piece of meat and rotate it as it cooks beautifully in your wood fired oven. A great advantage of using pizza oven rotisserie is that it guarantees a more even roast and faster cooking time.
